We strive to process your orders as quickly as possible. The processing time is currently 3-5 business days. When demand is high, the processing time may vary slightly.

Note "Pre-Order" items: For some products is in the description as an addition "Available from...". Only from this time the article can be processed and shipped.

Shipping within Germany

We always ship your order insured with DHL.

The shipping costs within Germany are 4,99 €. Orders over 89.00 € are free of shipping costs for you.

Shipping outside Germany (EU & Switzerland)

Deliveries outside Germany we also send insured with DHL. The shipping costs within the EU are € 13.99. Shipping costs outside the EU (eg Switzerland) are 19,99 €.
